Filey Bay Direct is a trusted holiday letting agency based at The Bay, Filey. Founded in 2018 by Paula Foster, the business manages a growing portfolio of more than thirty holiday properties across the resort and is a proud member of PASC UK. Alongside providing high-quality holiday stays, the agency also supports charitable initiatives, including The Golddigger Trust, by offering accommodation to help raise funds.
As the business continued to expand, their existing website needed to evolve to better support both guests and the internal team. The platform required improved performance, faster property searching, and more efficient management of live availability and booking information.
We were brought in to deliver a new SuperControl API integration web design solution that would create a seamless connection between the website and their booking system. The new platform combines improved usability, faster performance, and automated property data synchronisation, helping guests find and book their ideal stay while giving the Filey Bay Direct team a more efficient way to manage their growing portfolio.

The Previous Site and Its Limitations.
The previous Filey Bay Direct website was not built by us and had started to experience performance issues, particularly around property search functionality. Slow loading times made it more difficult for users to quickly browse available accommodation and complete their booking journey.
As the property portfolio continued to grow, there were also limitations in how property information was managed. The existing setup became increasingly difficult to maintain, reducing efficiency for the team and impacting the overall user experience.
The solution was to rebuild the website from the ground up with a stronger technical foundation. By improving performance, streamlining the user journey, and delivering a bespoke SuperControl API integration web design solution, we created a faster, more scalable platform designed to support Filey Bay Direct’s continued growth.
